E. Howard and Co. Watches were the treasures of generations of jewelers, industrial barons, stationmasters and merchants. Anyone who demanded "Standard" time from an object of beauty and art. His clocks adorned markets, opera houses, schools, banks, and many other institutions. After over 160 years, as "America's Timekeeper," E. Howard and Co. Watches are still available, but with a new elegance and standard of precision. The E. Howard and Co. Watch of today is a super-precision "Atomic" watch with both a traditional analogue dial and a multi-function LCD that includes self-adjusting date. It is set automatically by radio signals from the Atomic Clock maintained by the U.S. Government in the National Institute of Standards and Technologies. It is accurate to within a billionth of a second over time.
