No-turn “RoastisserieTM” accessory (for Model POV-25 oven, only) consists of a spit rod and two heavy duty skewer assemblies to help position food in the center of the oven cavity.
The POV-25 oven’s fan system is specially designed to produce even heat throughout the cooking cavity. The “no-turn” rotisserie attachment is used only to center meat in the oven and does not rotate.
Preheat the oven for 7-8 minutes to desired temperature before use.
